I’m thrilled to introduce the

Java City Literary Lounge—a weekly video podcast designed to bring the vibrant world of literature to life.

After much reflection, I’ve chosen to step out of my own way and create the opportunities I envision. Instead of waiting for a seat at the table, I'm building my own.

Here’s why I’m launching this platform now:

1.Building Confidence in Interviews

Personally, interviews have always made me nervous. Anxiety often sets in, and I fumble over my words. I believe this podcast will help me work through those nerves while creating a comfortable, fun space to connect with fellow authors.

2. Affordable, Author-Centric Interviews

I know firsthand how intimidating and costly interviews can be, especially for emerging authors. My goal is to offer affordably priced interviews that help authors feel comfortable on camera and prepared for bigger industry opportunities. Everyone deserves a platform to celebrate their work, regardless of where they are in their career.

3.Supporting a Larger Vision

All funds from the podcast will go toward sponsoring my book club awards each year, easing my workload while fostering an engaging and meaningful experience for the literary community.

November has already been a powerful, full-circle moment for me, and the month is just beginning!
